Including up to a 2 hour walk through at your home where you show me your house room by room. We'll discuss ideas to make every area of your house more enticing to buyers. Using your own furniture and decor whenever possible, you will have a step-by-step plan to make your house more functional and show ready. After our meeting you also will receive a detailed report including a prioritized list of the most important things to do. This is beneficial to both the DIY'er and those who hire me on to physically do the staging.
Also note: I offer accessory rental on a month-to-month basis!
Instant Impact Power Hour

Hands on staging! Up to 2 hours at the property making the staging happen. All hands on deck with realtor-and homeowners if possible-moving furniture, hanging at work, tweaking accessories all as needed. Note: this does not include a Personalized Staging Guide, as we are doing the staging in the moment. However, realtors and homeowners are more than welcome to take notes if they wish.
Styling Snapshot

My pre-photo check is great for homes that need a little help tightening up loose ends so all aspects look amazing on camera- keeping in mind that sometimes decor looks fine in person, but looks distracting in photographs. As always, I pay attention to the finishing details that will enhance the overall presentation of the home.
Personal Designer
$50/HOUR
Add-on, if desired, for implementation of guides and design plans (including things such as decor help, shopping, furniture arranging, completing your vacation rental listing, and etc as requested).
