I am a property stylist serving the Twin Cities metro area and western Wisconsin.
I love houses! I have a passion for bringing out a home’s character and style, making it more interesting and memorable.
I work with realtors and people selling their houses to make their property showcase ready for today’s competitive market.
I work with homeowners to make their current home truly their own.
I also very much love designing vacation rental properties! As a vacation rental owner/host myself, I understand the importance of unique property design and a beautiful, well-worded listing to maximize rental and profit potential.
I am a graduate of the Staging Diva Home Staging Business Training, created by internationally recognized staging expert, Deborah Gould and I have completed coursework specifically on vacation rental styling. I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication/Public Relations from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
Most importantly, I take part in constant ongoing education to keep up with current design and real estate market trends.
Opportunities
STAGING CONSULT – $259
Including up to a 2 hour walk through at your home where you show me your house room by room. We'll discuss ideas to make every area of your house more enticing to buyers. Using your own furniture and decor whenever possible, you will have a step-by-step plan to make your house more functional and show ready. After our meeting you also will receive a detailed report including a prioritized list of the most important things to do. This is beneficial to both the DIY'er and those who hire me on to physically do the staging.
Also note: I offer accessory rental on a month-to-month basis!
REDESIGN/COLOR CONSULT – $259
Up to 2 hours at the home discussing style, function & budget. Also includes design plan with written recommendations of specific paint colors, furniture, hardware/fixtures, and accessories and where to purchase them.
VACATION RENTAL STYLING – $259
Includes up to 2 hours at the property, design plan, & detailed/prioritized guide geared toward your target market.
PERSONAL DESIGNER – $50/HR
Add-on, if desired, for implementation of guides and design plans (including things such as decor help, shopping, furniture arranging, completing your vacation rental listing, and etc as requested).
