My Property Edit for selling is a quick and simple option for those that are just starting the selling process, still unsure about listing, or those who are all most ready- but just need a fresh perspective and some in-the-moment advice on their home.
This is also a great option for home buyers that are looking for interior design/style advice for their new place. I would love to give them some personalized direction.

Including up to a 2 hour walk through. We'll discuss ideas to make every area of the home more enticing to buyers. Using the current furniture and decor, if possible, to make the house more functional and show ready. The sellers and their realtor receive a detailed Personalized Staging Guide, including a prioritized list of the most important things to do. This is beneficial to both the DIY'er and those who hire me on to physically do the staging.
Also note: I offer accessory rental on a month-to-month basis!
Instant Impact Power Hour
On Location Only
$300
Hands on staging! Up to 2 hours at the property making the staging happen. All hands on deck with realtor and homeowners (if possible) moving furniture, hanging at work, and tweaking accessories as needed. Note: this does not include a Personalized Staging Guide, as we are doing the staging in the moment. However, realtors and homeowners are more than welcome to take notes if they wish.
Styling Snapshot

My pre-photo check is great for homes that need help tightening up loose ends so all aspects look amazing on camera, paying attention to the finishing details that will enhance the overall presentation of the property.
