Staging Consult – $259

Including up to 2 hour walk through at your home where you show me your house room by room. We'll discuss ideas to make every area of your house more enticing to buyers. Using your own furniture and decor whenever possible, you will have a step-by-step plan to make your house more functional and show ready. After our meeting you also will receive a detailed report including a prioritized list of the most important things to do. This is beneficial to both the DIY'er and those who hire me on to physically do the staging. Also note: I offer accessory rental on a month-to-month basis!

Color Consult – $259

Includes up to 2 hour walk through of rooms of your choice to discuss room use and the style and feel that you would like to achieve. Also focusing on how to create a flow among rooms that is smooth yet interesting. Includes a final suggestion report with color swatches.

Redesign Consult – $259

Includes up to two hours at your home discussing the room of your choice, use and your personal style. We will also brainstorm on how to use pieces you already own and the room's functionality. Plus you will receive a written plan for the room with recommendations and pictures of paint colors, furniture, hardware/fixtures, and design accessories and ideas where to purchase them. From there you are welcome to tackle the project by yourself or hire me on as your personal designer at the hourly rate.

Personal Designer – $50/Hr

$50 per hour (decor help, shopping, furniture arranging, etc). $50 per hour (extra time spent at staging or consults)
